On July 9th we celebrated my Grandpa Thomas's 80th Birthday. I can't tell you how much I love this man. I feel so lucky to have him as my grandfather who has taught me so much. He is so hard working and knows everything! I love sitting on the portch with him visiting about anything and everything. I love walking around and seeing his latest projects or "good deals".
I especially love to watch him with my girls on his "farm" or in his "garden". They too love and adore their grandpa T. Happy Birthday Grandpa!

We were formally invited to spend the 4th of July weekend in Pinetop. Everyone was able to make it (except for Uncle Tim who had to work and keep the roads safe). It was fun having everyone together for a fun weekend. Unable to accomidate everyone in the house we set up "Camp Merrill" the cousins thought it was cool to sleep in a tent in grandma and grandpa Merrill's front yard. Our boating trips this summer had new dynamics...BABIES! Luckily all our trips this year ended up with good cooler, overcast weather. Jett and Peyton were good sports! It worked out good we had walkie talkies and we would take turns between who was on the boat and who stayed at the beach with the kids. Megan is still trying to master the water skies, and Melanie now finally enjoys a fun tube ride...with Megan of course!Popcorn and a Movie?

June 20th we celebrated with a BANG ... our Gibson cousins drove down from Utah to spend the week! We celebrated Cambrie's Birthday and Father's day with a HUGE Super Slide and a FUN Hawaiian Luau PARTY! Grandma Gibson had all the fun decorations and accesories to make it super fun for everyone! So for the record from mother's day til the end of July it is nothing but birthdays on my side of the family...so lots of cake and lots of fun family BBQ dinners! This was my day June 13th, I love sitting in the back yard visiting with loved ones! Pete was sweet and remembered a conversation a long time ago that all I wanted for my birthday was an ice cream cake, and new egyptian cotton sheets for my bed! Thanks Babe...I love you!

We drove out to Safford to see Brooke graduate from cosmetology school. She completed the program in one year which was pretty intense and very time consuming. Jett's Baby Blessing

Tired little Angel...
I truly enjoyed Jett's blessing day...my heart was so full of emotions. We felt so blessed to have family come support and share this day with us. I loved having my family and Pete's family together...it felt like one big blended family it was great to have all the people we loved together. I am grateful for Pete who is a great husband and father who honors his priesthood and gave such a special blessing. I love my little family and feel so blessed everyday.
